Most of us were never taught how to work with our ADHD brain -especially in our career.
That’s why we created ADHD Navigators.
This 8-week program is designed to help you build the skills, systems, and confidence you need to thrive in your career - and your life.

Get oriented to the ADHD Navigators Program and meet your cohort!
Learn the basics of ADHD brain wiring, including common executive functioning challenges and unique strengths so you can increase self-awareness and self-compassion.
Use the Neurodiversity paradigm and the social model of disability to identify and ditch harmful ableist beliefs so we can move forward with power.

Learn how attention works differently in the ADHD brain so you can gain self-awareness and recognize how your attention works throughout the day.
What are cognitive resources and why are they important for adults with ADHD?
Conduct a self-reflection to identify your personal drainers and drivers, so you can protect your cognitive resources and feel more in control of your attention, energy and emotions at work.

Take a self-assessment to uncover your top 3 processing styles so you can understand and apply the ways that you naturally learn, process information and collaborate best.
Create your "operating instructions" to help your coworkers understand the best ways to communicate and work with you. (without needing to disclose ADHD)

Uncover your unique strengths so you can build confidence from the inside out and begin to break free of the need to "prove," "do more," and "be perfect"
Define your values as your compass for purpose-based decision, so that you can navigate your career and make choices with greater clarity.

Explore the importance of support systems for Adults with ADHD and create your personal Board of Brains.
Learn your rights in the workplace and how to navigate disclosure and accommodations.
Identify what you need to succeed at work and how to communicate it with confidence.
Get easy to use scripts for having these conversations with your colleagues or manager

Learn to spot and avoid “The Usual Suspects,” 👻 the unproductive patterns of behavior that haunt ADHDers in the workplace, so that you can stop falling into the same old traps and feel in control.
Putting it all together: leave the program with your personalized toolbox of on-demand strategies and scripts to reference moving forward

Bring tasks you are procrastinating and GET THEM DONE in session with body doubling and accountability.

BONUS session designed for your friends and family to learn the basics of ADHD and how they can support you.
You are welcome to invite a few people that are important in your life... family members, friends, significant other.
They will get an overview of ADHD and the strengths and challenges that come with it, so they can better understand you and how they can support you.
This session will be recorded and shared afterwards in case the time does not work for you.

On-demand masterclass: “Navigating workplace challenges while neurodivergent.” In this session HR Expert Charmaine Green-Forde SPHR, SHRM-SCP gives advice and coaching on tough questions related to navigating disclosure, requesting accommodations, coworker conflicts, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and more.

Margaux Joffe (she/her) is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist, disability advocate and the founder of Minds of All Kinds.
As the creator of the ADHD Navigators Program, and a neurodivergent woman herself, Margaux is passionate about helping adults with ADHD embrace their unique brain so they can go from surviving to thriving.
After a life-changing diagnosis of ADHD at age 29, she founded Kaleidoscope Society, the first of its kind content platform for and by women with ADHD. She went on to lead disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon, launching the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG).
She has advocated for a more accessible world at global stages like the United Nations and the World Health Organization, and facilitated trainings for corporations including Nike, Hinge, Walmart, Dell, Intuit and others.
In 2023, LinkedIn recognized Margaux as a “Top Voice” in disability advocacy, reflecting her influence and expertise in the field. Her work has been featured in major publications including Forbes, Vogue, and The Hollywood Reporter and earned awards from the United Nations Foundation, the D&AD Impact Awards, The Webby Awards and the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame.
Margaux is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities. She is based in Seattle, Washington the land of the Duwamish People.

This program is designed for adults with ADHD, and focuses on managing ADHD in your career.
Formal diagnosis not required.

Students are welcome but must be 21 or older.

We do not publish the names of participants and will not share your personal information with any third parties.
Our program code of conduct includes guidelines around privacy. We ask participants not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to their employers during the program.
However, from a legal perspective we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared in group settings or over the internet.
