founder story

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer with depression and sensory processing challenges, it was hard to find resources and role models to navigate life and work. So I started building them.

In the last 10 years I’ve launched global peer support networks, advised leading companies, and advocated at places like the World Health Organization.

I believe that neurodivergent people can empower each other, and model the understanding and care we deserve.
